Delivery

Please note that your order will be routed through only when payment has been successfully received. To minimise hiccups, kindly ensure you've indicated your order number in the reference field :)

Delivery charge is based on distance, following a tiered system. Orders will be dispatched from our nearest available outlet to the drop-off location. Structure of delivery rates as per the list below:
- Within 5km: $8 
- Within 5km to 10km: $10 
- 10km and above: $12
+ Any applicable overnight surcharge for orders past 10.30pm

Our respectively outlet in-charge will get in touch with you upon receipt of order. If you do not hear from us within 15-30 mins (as we might be occupied with orders on-hand), feel free to drop us a DM on Instagram (@momoacai.sg) and we will assist you at our soonest. :) 

Kindly ensure that your ADDRESS and CONTACT details are ACCURATE as we will not be able to amend them after delivery is scheduled - any alterations of delivery instructions will subjected to charges imposed by our delivery vendors. 

Islandwide Delivery

Kindly place your orders 30mins - 1 hour prior to the intended collection time to prevent extended waiting time. Do allow us with a 15 minute to 20 minutes buffer to reach out to you as we might be occupied with current orders. Any longer/urgent orders, kindly drop us a DM on Instagram (@momoacai.sg) and we will assist you at our soonest.
